An intimate podcast that's hard to listen to, but which calls on a few luminaries I'd recommend (Ysé Tardan de Masquelier, Singleton, etc.).

For me, it's all there: questions, clarifications and numerous testimonials demonstrating the many facets, not always compatible, of what we call yoga.

Episode 3/4: Posture and imposture;

A delightful (elderly) yoga teacher, Eva Ruchpaul, Marie Kock, who wrote a book in early 2023 entitled "Yoga & capitalism", who refreshes the dish, Sandrine Bridou, a typical insta-girl, Ysé Tardan Masquelier, our historian of religions and director of the French yoga school, and a few others. All in all, a patchwork that informs us in part about variety. Always pranayama shortcuts, yoga-gym bathed in hinsouism and good values, always, that had nothing yogic about them...


Episode 4/4: Life as a Yogi

I especially remember the critical edge and the delicious moment when our philosopher splits in two over the notion of ... energy! A gripping déjà vu.
