Internal regulations

1. You can always arrive late, but not stressed.

Just make sure you don't enter during the "introduction" part. Please wait in the lobby.

2. You don't have to follow/hold a posture, but I encourage you to simplify a posture that is unpleasant or seems impossible.

So don't stay by the pool. In any case, don't force yourself.

We regularly give instructions on how to simplify postures: please apply them.

3. You can always retract a posture, but you must know the direction of the posture we propose

Eschewing means not following my recommendations exactly. And little by little, you should explore the reasons for this escamotage and decide whether or not to follow the indications.

4. You can suffer in a posture, but not too much.

Learn to measure your effort and not to hate me (neither the same day nor the next). Sore muscles and "good" pain are common. But in any case, it's you who decides the intensity of a session. And there's an "after-sales service": send me an email!

5. You can always find a class lame, hurtful etc. but you have to tell us about it, by email if easier.

We welcome all kinds of feedback and encourage you to let us know what you think so that we can improve.

6. You can always abandon our class, and come back at a time that suits you.

No need to resign by email. Just come back, we'd love to hear from you: we're proselytizers.
