As I flitted through life in search of new territories to explore, I soon turned to yoga. My practice soon became regular and diversified, turning the discipline into a new playground and a means of pushing back the limits of my body and mind.

Having always played high-intensity sports (field field hockey, fitness,...), I quickly turned to class requiring cardio and weight training.

When I moved to Forest, I discovered Yogasala and began training with Benoit. Since then, I've also been interested in kundalini yoga and various breathing techniques.

My playful nature means I'm always keen to discover new horizons, and it's with this in mind that I continue to train in various alternative therapies (art therapy, aromatherapy, foot reflexology...). It was also with this in mind that class Vinyasa to Power was created.

class aims to prepare students for the practice of power yoga, with a gentle flow and a focus on deep muscling of the lower limbs and abdominal muscles. We also explore ankle flexibility, hip opening and leg stretching.

Vinyasa To Power is built around the muscular and cardio intensity of power yoga, in a vinyasa flow designed to soothe body and mind.

Basically, we're not here to bother: joy, effort and enlightenment.
