Chanelle
My interest in the body, movement and health led me to start studying physiotherapy. It was then that I became interested in yoga, a practice that has been praised for its benefits on many pathologies as well as mental well-being.
At the end of my studies, I sought to calm my mind, which never stopped cogitating. Naturally, I began to reproduce on my own the exercises I'd practised at class when I was 20. The sequence of postures that combined strengthening and stretching, coordinated with breathing, did me a world of good. This practice helped me through a difficult period. I soon joined class and began practising Ashtanga yoga assiduously and with conviction.
Because of my love of more dynamic yoga, I naturally became interested in Vinyasa yoga. So I took the 200-hour Vinyasa yoga course with Sarah Derasse. I'm currently continuing my training with Benoît Conotte.
Apart from yoga, I also go running.
I look forward to meeting you at class.
