To better understand my body and its mobility, I signed up for my first class yoga classes. I discovered other benefits, including what I like to call "making space", both mentally and physically.
I went through various practices, initially more exploratory, before finally focusing on Ashtanga and Rocket yoga.
The desire to deepen my practice led me to take my first yoga teacher training course in 2021, focusing on Vinyasa and Hatha yoga. Slowly but surely, I began to want to teach my loved ones what attracts me to yoga, this no-frills practice focused on understanding each other's bodies.
I also took a Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga course, which gave me the confidence I needed to finally take the plunge. I'm currently looking into the anatomical aspects of yoga postures and transitions.
I practice and teach yoga alongside my training as an architect and urban planner.
