Ever since I was a child, I've always loved to move (soccer, martial arts (kick-boxing, taekwondo, kung fu), tricks (acrobatic gymnastics), dance, climbing and badminton).
Around the age of 18, I began to take an interest in different routines that were beneficial to both body and mind. That's when I introduced stretching into my daily routine.
A practice I'd been used to doing through different sports in the past, but at that point stretching took on new dimensions, such as taking a moment for myself, seeking satisfaction in the sensations that stretching brings and finally calming the mind.
During my university studies, I continued to pursue my interest in personal development. So, naturally, in 2013, I began my first class yoga class. Initially, I discovered the benefits of breathing coordinated with movement. Since this encounter with yoga,
I've tried different types of yoga with different teachers. I discovered a more sensational notion that yoga brings to our body and mind, that famous state of well-being you can feel at the end of a session.
In 2022, I decided to invest myself fully in the practice of yoga with my teacher Benoit Conotte, in order to explore in greater depth the benefits for body and mind.
