I discovered yoga in 2014, with the Satyananda school. An assiduous practitioner of Chinese martial arts (kung fu wing chun, taichi chuan), I initially found it a discipline that was highly complementary to my martial practice, both on a physical and mental level.

Curiosity led me to explore different styles, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, until I came across the postural yoga taught by Benoît, whose class I've been following since 2023, and with whom I'm training as a teacher.

Constantly learning and eternally curious, yoga is a faithful friend who accompanies me in my explorations (martial arts, meditation, dance, somatic practices).
