SESSION #3: Yoga & Injuries

A very dense subject: thousands of videos explaining the dangers of such and such a break, or the other side of the same coin, how yoga can cure "sciatica", hip pain, this or that.

We'll need a few sessions and will start with a historical overview, then a review of the stadandard position in YogaLand and finally a dive into 2 and a half studies, to prepare for the following sessions.
