Yoga for Teens

Exercising the body through play.

class specially designed and adapted for teenagers, inspired by yoga and mindfulness - but not only.
According to studies, yoga and mindfulness have benefits for well-being, concentration and sleep (and much more besides).


For Teens

We'll be moving, laughing and having a good time with friends
in a caring atmosphere where everyone is welcome.


Did you know that mindfulness movements improve brain activity, sleep, mood and attention? They also reduce stress and help you feel better about yourself.


Dates: Saturdays from

  • 2 to 2:45 p.m. for pre-teens and teens, especially boys aged 9 to 13/14

  • 3 to 4 p.m. for girls aged 11 to 14

  • 4.15pm to 5.15pm for girls aged 14/15 and over

class starts on September 7.


Pricing 

  • Option 1: half-yearly subscription including all 15 class listed below for 100 EUR (= 6.67 EUR per class)

  • Option 2: class card for 45 EUR (= 9 EUR per class). The card is valid for 8 weeks; weeks without class will be added. 

  • Option 3: EUR 10 per class per unit

    If none of these options work for you, don't hesitate to talk to me - we'll find a solution. Money shouldn't stop anyone from practicing yoga.

Dates

Here are the dates for the 15 class in the spring/summer 2024 semester:

  • February: 1, 8 and 15 (no class on 22/2 - vacation)

  • March: 8, 15, 22 and 29 (no class on 1/3 - vacation)

  • April; 5 and 12 (no class on 19/4 or 26/4 - vacations)

  • May: 10, 17 and 31 (no class on 3/5 or 24/5 - vacations)

  • June; 7, 14 and 28 (no class on 21/6)


Challenges: postures on hands, bows and pliers.

Discoveries: The Waveless Lake (Tranquility), Buddha's Smile (Joy), The Eye of the Archer (Concentration).
