Forward bend session

The aim of this session is to familiarize you with this protocol and enable you to make it your own. We'll look at a dozen different exercises, including which ones to do, how long to do them, how often, how often to repeat them, etc.

The 3 steps will be explained and the types of exercises will be repeated:

  • Active stretching and increased load

  • Static and dynamic reinforcement

  • Passive stretching

Why a "protocol"?

Because the right exercises depend on how advanced you are:

  • First step: light exercises are sufficient (modification of the nervous-motor system)

  • Step 2: increase the load

  • Third stage: segment-specific work varying mobilization, stretching, muscle strengthening and increasing the "Max tolerable perception stretch".
