Dynamic or postural styles of yoga, of course, bring a powerful sense of well-being. But these dimensions do not exhaust all the resources of yoga...

But "faster, stronger" is not necessarily "better".

Through various techniques, we will deepen our ability to feel and transform our sensations and perhaps, if all goes according to plan, our state of conscious being...

The aim of this new type of class is also for you to appropriate these techniques to begin or deepen your personal practice...

Workshop objectives

  • Introduce you to another way of practicing yoga

  • Which can feed your way of practising other styles and enrich them.

  • See how you can practice a little at home, as this approach to yoga is so pleasant

Holistic: Linking postures, breathing, sounds & fine body awareness through slow movement

Meticulously explore how these different elements create sensations.

There's a world of sensations in slow movement linked to attention to breathing that I suggest you explore.

Sound will also accompany this inner journey as a complement to certain postures and relaxation.

Inspired by various disciplines such as Yin Yoga, Feldenkrais, Tai Chi, Rolfing, and as a starting point pendiculation!

In practice :

  • Duration: 1 hour

  • When:

    • Tuesday 22/07, from 10:00 to 11:00 or from 11:15 to 12:15

    • Thursday 24/07, from 10:00 to 11:00 am or from 11:15 to 12:15 pm
